In special promo, estate firm slashes land price in Ibeju Lekki

Pillarcom Homes, a real estate firm in Nigeria with properties in Lagos and Ogun states, have announced a special promo for one of its properties in Lagos.

The property, Shores Garden, is located in Ibeju Lekki and about a three minutes walk to Lekki-Epe Expressway.
According to Pillarcom Managing Director, Mr Tunde Taiwo, the actual price of a plot of land in Shores Garden is N3.2 million but with the promo, interested buyers can get a plot at a reduced price of N2.4 million per plot, 300sqm.

The property, he said, shares neighbourhood with Lagos State Business School, Dangote Refinery, Lekki Free Trade Zone, Alaro city, Shongotedo Shoprite, Lekki Seaport, Pan Atlantic University and Eleganza Company.
He added that interested buyers will enjoy modern infrastructure ready to build, good roads, flexible payment, electricity, security gatehouse, drainage system, quick return on investment, serene Environment and playing ground.

Taiwo equally said that those who pay 60 per cent of the total land cost will get an instant allocation of landed property.
According to him, those who made an instant payment of N100,000 and above will get thank you for the gift of home appliances like hot plates, toasting machines, home theatres, smart TVs and many more.
Taiwo, who noted that Pillarcom Homes was designed to empower people to own landed properties, said the promo was part of the firm’s objective to tackle the housing deficit in the country.
