Osun Governorship Poll: PDP postpones aspirants’ screening

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has announced the postponement of Screening of its aspirants in the Osun State governorship election primary.

According to the party, the screening will now hold on Wednesday, 12th January 2022, against an earlier date which was Tuesday, 11th January, 2022.

Caracal Reports gathered that a statement issued by Umar M. Nature, the National Organising Secretary of the Party, explained that the screening exercise had been set to begin at 10 a.m. at the PDP National Secretariat, Abuja.

According to him, the party regrets any inconveniences the change in date may have caused.

Part of the statement stated that “All aspirants, leaders, critical stakeholders and members of our party in Osun State should take note and by this, guided accordingly.”
