Just in: Ondo Governor Akeredolu Goes on 15-Day Working Leave, Transfers Power to Deputy

Governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has begun a 15-day working vacation.

 Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State has commenced a 15-day working leave, which is reportedly the first segment of his annual leave. The vacation began on April 3, 2023, according to a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Richard Olatunde.

According to him, the leave will end on April 25, 2023.

The statement read, “Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, CON, today, Monday, April 3, 2023, proceeds on a 15-working-day vacation as the first instalment of his 2023 annual leave.”
“While Governor Akeredolu is away on vacation, the Deputy Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, will perform the functions of the office of the Governor.”
